Who Can Apply to Loyola International School?
To ensure a smooth and successful admissions process, applicants must meet the following criteria:
General Requirements
- The student must have a valid Qatar ID.
- The Student must be of Indian Nationality. If the student is not an Indian then he must have special permission from the Ministry of Education for admission.
Age Requirement
- At Loyola International School, age eligibility is determined based on the child’s age as of 30th September of the academic year for which admission is being sought.
- For admission to KG 1, the child must have completed 3 years of age as of September 30th of the academic year.
- For all higher grades, the student must:
1. Have successfully completed the previous academic year
2. Provide a valid Transfer Certificate (TC) and academic report card during the admission process - Â
Admission Test Requirement
- All students from Grade 1 onwards are required to appear for a grade-appropriate admission test to confirm their eligibility.
- Admission is offered based on seat availability, performance in the assessment, and document verification.
Curriculum-Based Transfers
Transfer from American curriculum:
- Students transferring from an American curriculum will be admitted two grades ahead of their completed level.
Example: A student who has completed Grade 1 in the American system will be placed in Grade 3 in the Indian (CBSE) system.
Transfer from British curriculum:
- Students transferring from a British curriculum will be admitted one grade ahead of their completed level.
Example: A student who has completed Grade 1 in the British system will be placed in Grade 2 in the Indian (CBSE) system.

The age limit for each class is as shown below, age must be calculated up to 30th September 20XX,
