School Transport Guidelines

At Loyola International School, we are committed to providing safe and reliable transport for our students. To ensure the smooth operation of this service, we request parents to kindly note the following:

How to Apply

Parents interested in availing school transport must submit a completed Transport Request Form to the school office.

Please note:

  • Submission does not guarantee immediate allocation.
  • Transport will be confirmed after a route verification by our area bus supervisor.
  • Confirmation may take 3 – 5 working days and is subject to seat availability.

Timings & Responsibility

  • Pickup and drop off timings are determined by the school and communicated in advance.
  • Students should arrive at the bus stop a few minutes early. Buses will not wait longer than 60 seconds at any stop.
  • If your child will be absent on a particular day, please inform the driver ahead of time.

On the Bus

To keep every child safe and comfortable:

  • Seat belts must be fastened at all times.
  • Students must remain seated while the bus is moving.
  • Polite and respectful behavior is expected at all times no loud or disruptive actions.
  • All school conduct rules apply on the bus as well.

Persistent misbehavior may result in the suspension or cancellation of transport services.
